Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

Fiber laser marking machines are mainly composed of electronic devices, precision instruments and optical devices, and have high demands on operating conditions and daily maintenance.

Things to consider when servicing this machine

1. When the machine is not running, the power of the marking machine and computer should be turned off.

2. When the machine is not running, close the field lens cover to prevent dust from entering the optical lens.

3. When the machine is running, the circuit is under high voltage. Non-professionals should not perform maintenance when it is turned on to avoid electrical accidents.

4. If any malfunction occurs in the operation of the device, you must immediately turn off the power supply.

5. If the equipment is used for a long time, dust in the air will be adsorbed on the bottom surface of the focusing lens. In mild cases, this will reduce the laser power and affect the marking effect. In a worst-case scenario, this will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat, causing it to explode. If the marking effect is not satisfactory, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing mirror is dirty.

If the surface of the focusing lens is dirty, remove the focusing lens and clean the bottom surface. Be especially careful when removing the focusing lens. Be careful not to damage or drop it. At the same time, do not touch the surface of the focusing lens with your hands or other objects. The cleaning method is to use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper soaked in absolute ethanol and gently clean the bottom surface of the focusing lens. The cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced each time one side is wiped.

6. When the marking machine is in operation, it must not be moved to avoid damaging the machine.

7. Do not cover or place other objects on the marking machine, so as not to affect the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
